Home Missions Director		I am Pastor David Tingley, and I'm honored to be a part of Section One in the great District of Washington. I arrived in the State of Washington in 1983 and was privileged to help pioneer a Home Missions work in the City of Kent within the boundaries of Section One. I married a beautiful bride, stopped running from the call into the ministry and count it a privilege and an honor to be the Home Missions Director for the Washington District United Pentecostal Church.
